GroundPlan Website & PatronManager Integration

What They Needed

We met Labyrinth Theatre Company through our partnership with PatronManager CRM, a popular customer relationship management system that combines box office ticketing, fundraising, and marketing.  Labyrinth’s audience is young and diverse, and the company needed an engaging and mobile-focused web presence to drive single ticket sales and engagement with the launch of their Friends with Benefits membership program.  As a small and agile company, they wanted lots of functionality and smart automation, but needed to keep the project on a tight budget.

What We Accomplished

We retrofitted an off-the-shelf design to closely fit Labyrinth’s brand (and budget) and implemented our GroundPlan plugin for WordPress. With the PatronManager add-on, GroundPlan handles seamless syncing of data between the PatronManager system and the company’s website – even updating the site when tickets for a specific evening sell out.  We created a custom mobile responsive skin for PatronManager and a responsive event calendar that allows patrons to quickly and easily order tickets on the go.   Finally, we adjusted the design to show off the fantastic artwork, photography, and video that Labyrinth generates to promote each of their productions.
