NickXD is now Gameflow Interactive
In the last year, we’ve grown into a small digital shop of designers, developers, and content strategists. We all share a passion for helping businesses and cultural institutions engage their audience by shaping scaleable web technology into helpful, useful, and delightful experiences.
We tend to throw phrases like “engaging your audience” around a lot, but what does that mean for a business or non-profit organization? To create a lasting relationship with your audience, you need to walk them through a story. That means meeting them at their needs, wants, and dreams and then leading them through a journey where they can learn, connect, consider, and play with your brand and services, and ultimately decide that they want to keep coming back for more. Your audience doesn’t need your website to feel like a chore – and the opposite of a chore is a game.
There’s a host of studies and thought leadership that have shown that game mechanics and storytelling are powerful tools to develop long-term relationships with our customers, and we’ve been using these ideas under the hood for every site we build.
Sometimes we design the site to feel just a bit more like a toy, sometimes we set a clear goal or objective and position additional benefits along the way, or arrange content strategically so that your audience can explore, learn and dig deep into your world.
