What They Needed

Paramount was the perfect candidate for our GroundPlan Content Management System. Utilizing our experience in arts management and website architecture, we interviewed the staff and analyzed the entire Paramount workflow – from Box Office, to Marketing/Communications, to Group Sales, to Development. GroundPlan enables the staff to quickly and efficiently load information, promo art, performance information, and behind-the-scenes media for events in three venues, which is then served in a variety of layouts that allow patrons to focus on exploring the Paramount’s menu of entertainment and finding great experiences they’ll enjoy.

What We Accomplished

Gameflow Interactive provides a range of design and strategic support services to the Paramount, including new media marketing strategy, design, and functionality support for their AudienceView® Ticketing System.  After building our first web platform for them in 2013, we recently launched a second-generation website in 2018 with improved workflows for their new Education department and venue rentals along with a fresh new full-screen look.

We led the Paramount through a ticketing system selection and then education software selection process, adding additional customization to the ticketing experience, streamlining the theatre’s subscription purchase, renewal, and single ticket buying processes.

In 2016, the Paramount launched a new online renewal experience, processing over 25,000 subscriptions (the previous year’s subscription audience) in the first two weeks of their renewal campaign, and dramatically reducing box office call times. Since we began working with the Paramount in 2013, we’ve helped them scale their customer service and grow their subscription base from 17,600 to 40,000 subscriptions in 2018.
